Abstract
This paper describes the international cooperation tools currently avail able to investigating authorities and prosecutors in a European Union

of information or evidence. It explains what organised cybercrime is, how
migration, migrant smuggling, human trafficking and cyberspace are
interlinked in typical organised crimes, and how this poses serious security challenges.
