and asylum in Estonia. It includes an overview of statistics, legislative, policy and practical changes,
as well as third sector and public initiatives and debates. There were no major overarching changes in the national migration and asylum system in Estonia. In 2019, the government, however, continued the process of reviewing and developing new national
